We here at Savage O’Donnell are grateful to assist clients that do outstanding work in the community. One such client of the firm’s is a non-profit organization that provides employment opportunities to individuals with a disability, and we are grateful, as of late, to make a contribution of our professional efforts to help them with legal matters.

Recently, we successfully concluded multiple garnishment proceedings that had been a source of frustration and acted as a hindrance to the organization’s work. Through a combination of diligent attention to detail and savvy negotiation, we managed to vacate two judgments against the organization, as well as correct some administrative oversights.

We both saved the organization money, and beneficially contributed to their business practices.
