Mark S. Thetford

Concentrating in civil litigation, personal injury, criminal and social security law, having tried over 75 personal injury and criminal cases. Mark is admitted to all the Oklahoma state courts, the Federal Courts of the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.




Terry S. O'Donnell

Mark S. Thetford is a Tulsa native who graduated from Tulsa Memorial High School.

He went on to graduate from the University of Oklahoma with his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Prior to practicing law, Mark went into the oil and gas business as a petroleum landman where he researched real property title, negotiated leases and other business agreements for purposes of exploration of oil and gas in both Oklahoma and Texas.

He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, personal injury, criminal and social security law, having tried over 75 personal injury and criminal cases. Mark is admitted to all the Oklahoma state courts, the Federal Courts of the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

When not practicing law, Mark enjoys playing golf and is a devoted fan of University

of Oklahoma sports and especially the Sooner football team. Mark has been awarded the Martindale Hubbell's highest rating of AV Preeminent by and through his peers, which include judges and other lawyers he has practiced with or against.
