Molly A. Sullivan

Molly A. Sullivan is an associate attorney at the firm, who was born at Fort Sill, Oklahoma during while her father, an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps was stationed there. Shortly thereafter her parents settled down in the Valley of the Sun, otherwise known as Phoenix, Arizona, where she spent her childhood and teen years. Always on the move, she graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a B.A. in Politics, and minors in History and Spanish. She continued living in the Mile-High City, earning her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in May 2016. Upon the insistence of a friend, in the fall of 2016 Molly arrived in Tulsa, Oklahoma with the intention of staying for six weeks or less, however, there was something special about Tulsa, and she hasn’t looked back!

During her time at the firm, as a legal intern and eventual associate attorney after passing the Oklahoma Bar Exam in 2017, she has focused on complex civil litigation issues, with an emphasis on preparation and knowledge of the law, especially procedural rules that are far too often overlooked or underestimated. The majority of her practice consists of complex domestic relations law, including child custody, domestic violence, divorce, and other post-decree issues.

Molly focuses on a client-centered practice, dedicating substantial time and energy to ensuring the client is updated, aware, and ready for the challenges their cases present. While we can never guarantee outcomes, we can guarantee you will have an advocate that will listen and fight for your big-picture goals and long-term outcomes.

Additionally, Molly has experience in Oklahoma appellate work, and looks forward to continuing to grow in this field of expertise. She has spent a substantial amount of time diving into relocation law and theory. Molly has successfully taught a Continuing Legal Education Class to the Tulsa County Bar Association Family Law Section titled – “Relocation: The Current Law and its Pitfalls,” on December 1, 2017.

When not at the office, Molly enjoys traveling, participation in local politics, volunteering for various election campaigns and ballot initiatives, and spending time with her dogs.
