The Honorable Sue Tibbs had held the seat for 12 years before passing away earlier this year. “I look forward to continuing the common-sense and conservative values that Sue Tibbs brought to the Legislature,” Terry said. “Our district has incredible potential, and I’m committed to make it an even better place to work and live”.
House District 23 includes portions of east Tulsa and parts of Rogers and Wagoner Counties.
