Mr. O’Donnell has over twenty years experience representing corporate clients of all sizes in employment disputes and civil litigation. He has represented clients in the following industries: Health care, Mortgage and lending, Milling and manufacturing, Construction as well as the Officers and Directors of those employers, Mr. O’Donnell also handles a wide variety of Insurance Defense matters ranging from premises liability claims up to and including officers and directors liability.
Mr. O’Donnell has tried over 40 cases in his twenty year career with over 35 of these cases being tried to a jury. Mr. O’Donnell awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating of “AV” after only 10 years of practice based upon the recommendations of his fellow lawyers in the community and the judges before whom he had practiced. Mr, O’Donnell continues to represent employers and insurers in complex litigation as well as provide advice to those clients on a daily basis.
