On May 10, 2016, Kendall W. Johnson, partner/attorney of the firm Savage, O’Donnell, Affeldt, Weintraub & Johnson, argued before a Supreme Court Referee standing up for the right of a father to be a part of his child’s life. The argument pertained to a lower Court’s over-reaching which infringed on the father’s freedoms in violation of the 4th, 5th, 9th and 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. At the time of this email, the Court has yet to decide on the validity of the father’s arguments, but Mr. Johnson is confident that the Justices will come down in the father’s favor.
